Specificity
- This antibody reacts with the transferrin receptor, a 180-190 kD transmembrane glycoprotein which exists as a 95 kD homodimer with interchain disulfide bond. The specificity of this antibody, as demostrated by immunoprecipitation, are equivalent to OKT9, B3/25, and BerT9.

Application Notes

Immunofluorescence: 10-20 ug/mL.
Flow cytometry: 1-5 ug/10^6 cells.

Immunohistochemistry: 10-20 ug/mL on frozen sections using avidin-biotin system.
This product was not quality controlled in flow cytometry.
Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on acetone fixed frozen cryostat sections. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 10-20 ug/mL in IHC. -
